Cathy Morrison

Cathy has a BFA from the University of Calgary and a Personal Fitness Trainer Certficate from Mount Royal College. She has experience in the fitness industry as a instructor, director, educator and presenter. She is passionate about learning and has obtained a wide variety of certifications that include Stott Pilates, Fusion Fitness Training, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, Aquatic Fitness and Group Exercise. She also has an extensive dance background.
