Linda McDonald![]() Linda McDonald is a Fitness Presenter and Master Trainer for Fusion Fitness Training™. She is a seasoned Group Fitness Instructor with over 20 years experience teaching many formats, including Spinning, Step, Pilates, Body Pump, BOSU, and Core Pole. As a Personal Trainer, she has worked with many clients, including college athletes, endurance athletes, and breast cancer recovery patients. Linda is involved in a number of community activities, including a youth fitness program, where she strives to instill the love of fitness and exercise to promote health and wellness in future generations. She also works with the Cancer Community Renewal Project www.cancer-renewal.org to raise awareness and funds to provide exercise programs for Cancer patients on Cape Cod. Linda is passionate about inspiring and educating the community on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, both in mind and body. Certifications include ACE Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, AFAA Personal Trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning and Balanced Body Pilates Reformer. Linda also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She enjoys living in the beautiful, seaside community of Cape Cod, MA with her husband and two young daughters. |
