Balletone: Sole Synthesis (Training 6hr / Intensive 4hr / Intro Workshop 2hr)

Sole Synthesis is the perfect starting place for Balletone; an intensive or instructor training designed to showcase the Balletone Blueprint for success and highlight the fitness, dance/pilates and yoga pathways available.  Sole Synthesis is also a fabulous stand alone fusion class that seamlessly blends creative movement sequences with mindful instruction for an incredible workout.

This workshop will focus on how to combine various disciplines seamlessly within one class setting using the fundamental teaching techniques and primary concepts of Balletone.  A basic overview of each of discipline’s uniqueness and theory will be reviewed and discussed along with how they can relate and compliment one another (Balletone, Yoga and Fitness).  Objectives will be introduced with a theoretical approach and reinforced through practical application.  Skills and drills will allow the attendees to develop an understanding of how the educational elements of Balletone can be utilized to enhance group or one-on-one instruction regardless of the population or discipline being used.  This workshop is designed for group exercise, Pilates and Yoga instructors, and possibly personal trainers.  


Balletone: Pilates Moves  (Training 6hr / Intensive 4hr / Intro Workshop 2hr)

This workshop will introduce and educate an effective way to combine Pilates based exercise progressions in a standing posture with Balletone movements, sequencing and flowing concepts. Attendees will review the philosophy of both Pilates based and Balletone movements and how they apply to core strength, stabilization and compliment one another. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to work with music to elevate the heart rate and keep the class working (Balletone concept) yet still maintaining the integrity and philosophy of Pilates based programming. Objectives will be introduced with a theoretical approach and reinforced through practical application. Skills and drills will allow the attendees to develop an understanding of how the educational elements of Balletone can be utilized to enhance group or one-on-one instruction regardless of the population or discipline being used.  This workshop is designed for group exercise, Pilates and Yoga instructors.

Balletone: Amazing Grace  (Training 6hr / Intensive 4hr / Intro Workshop 2hr)

Amazing grace puts pilates in motion producing CARDIO PILATES at its finest; it gives you the best of both worlds by combining the principles of Pilates and Balletone with standing cardiovascular rhythmic patterns. By using the large muscles of the body, we can increase the heart rate and enhance the cardiorespiratory system. The flowing Pilates inspired movements blend with Balletone rhythmic progressions to improve core strength, balance and flexibility. The result: a workout designed for all fitness levels, to 'inspire individuals to engage in creative, yet effective exercise' producing a stronger, leaner and more functional body with defined improved quality of movement.
