Connie Borho

Connie Borho has over 25 years of varied experience in the fitness and
wellness field.  As fitness and group exercise manager for various New York
health clubs, Connie developed innovative programs in mind/body fitness and
trained other teachers how to successfully teach in this specialized field.
In New York, she also owned and directed successful boutique group exercise,
pilates and yoga studios and developed fitness instructor continuing
education programs.  

After relocating to Florida, Connie became a Teacher Trainer for Peak
Pilates educational system, has written educational programming and articles
for various magazines and is the owner and director of Balance Pilates and
Yoga Centers in the Tampa Bay area.  

Connie holds ACE and AFAA Personal Trainer and Group Exercise
certifications, as well as indoor cycling, aquatic exercise, tai chi for
arthritis, stress management and lifestyle coaching.   A 500-hour Registered
Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Connie has studied both Ashtanga and
Anusara yoga extensively.  As a Balletone Master Trainer, Connie is
dedicated to teaching mind-body fitness as an important component of a
healthy lifestyle.
